Brendon Schrader, President

Brendon Schrader is an entrepreneur, executive, and business coach. He founded Antenna and led it through its acquisition to Morgan Stanley Private Equity in 2021. A community-builder, he created the Good Works program, which has donated over 1 million meals to families in need, and launched an education series with the University of Minnesota on work, leadership, and career growth. Brendon holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and executive certifications from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and the University of Wisconsin Madison. He has served on advisory boards for Masonic Children’s Hospital, Capella University, and the Labovitz School of Business. Brendon and his wife Carrie are proud parents of two students at SCPA.

Rich Dippel, Treasurer

Rich has been part of the St. Croix Prep family since in 2009 when he became the first Activities Director. In his role, Rich marshaled the resources of the Prep Community to help create, from scratch, a department that has provided thousands of students the opportunity to pursue their interests in athletics, music, art, theater, and forensics. An administrator, educator, and coach for over 35 years, Rich retired from Prep in the spring of 2022. Rich currently serves as the Executive Secretary for the Skyline Conference and the Suburban East Conference. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education from Winona State University and Master of Science Degree in Athletic Administration from Minnesota State-Mankato.

Kelly Gutierrez, Secretary

Kelly is a founder of St. Croix Prep and has been engaged in charter school finance and operations for 20 years. During Kelly’s tenure, St. Croix Prep has grown from a school of 200 students and 10 staff in a 10,000 sq. ft. leased store-front to a learning community of over 1,200 students and 150 staff in a 125,000 sq. ft. building located on a 58-acre campus. Prior to St. Croix Prep, Kelly worked as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand and as an assistant controller with Bank One. Kelly holds a BBA degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Stacy Einck

Stacy is the principal and owner of Run Stillwater, Inc., a running race production company based in Stillwater. Prior to owning her own business, she spent 30+ years in marketing communications, public relations and strategic planning, including experience in both public and private school education. Previously, she served on the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts advisory board, Stillwater Area Schools’ Task Force for Gifted and Talented Students, and on various environmental stewardship boards. She and husband, Dave, are proud parents of five including two graduates of SCPA.

Nate Laible

Nathan is a planned giving expert with 15+ years leading programs at Greater Twin Cities United Way, Children’s Minnesota, Hamline University, and Concordia University, St. Paul. A former estate planning attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, he bridges legal and financial insight with nonprofit strategy. Nathan holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, helping donors leave impactful legacies.

Shawn Peterson

Shawn is President of Catholic Education Partners, a national Catholic nonprofit that advances education choice policy and religious liberty. He has 30 years of legislative and policy experience and serves on several boards, councils, and committees dealing with education. He has served as a member of the SCPA school board as well as the Foundation board. All three of his children are Prep for Lifers and his wife Susan works at school.
