The St. Croix Prep Foundation was established in 2019 as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization to sustain the mission and enhance the experience of St. Croix Preparatory Academy in Stillwater, Minnesota.

In alignment with St. Croix Preparatory Academy’s mission to develop each student’s academic potential, personal character, and leadership qualities, the St. Croix Prep Foundation partners with communities, leaders, and advocates to ensure the sustainability of an educational experience that develops engaged citizens.

The St. Croix Prep Foundation enhances the Prep experience by supporting the three foundational pillars that have allowed the school to thrive as one of the highest performing public schools in Minnesota year after year: Teacher Preparation, Student Preparation, and Campus Preparation. St. Croix Prep’s success is directly related to its ability to keep and support good teachers, help students prepare for life by providing them an exceptional education experience with guidance to achieve their career and life goals, and maintaining a learning environment that helps produce well-rounded, productive, engaged citizens.

Teacher Prep

Teacher Needs Are A Priority

Passionate teachers motivate, inspire, and cultivate young minds. Attracting and retaining talent that embodies a whole-student mindset is critical to St. Croix Prep's success. In order to retain good teachers, we need to fund professional development and enrichment to the compensation plan.

Student Prep

PREPARING OUR STUDENTS FOR LIFE

Instilling values and character is a critical component for fostering success in academics and beyond. That's why a focus on life goals begins on day one at St. Croix Prep. A critical component to a student’s ability to prep for life is having the resources to help navigate post-secondary planning and assist students in preparing for life after St. Croix Prep.

Campus Prep

EDUCATION BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

Schools have evolved beyond hallways and classrooms into establishments that foster physical, social, and educational growth among teachers and fellow students. Funding programming and campus improvements to enable this growth is essential to ensuring every student is prepped for life.
